Recruitment Intern

We are looking for Recruitment Intern who will be part of our growing team.

We are Patika Global Technology – a technology solutions company that develops software for different industries including but not limited to retail, healthcare and FMCG.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Collaborate with the HR team to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct initial assessments and provide recommendations for candidate shortlisting.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Support in the creation of job postings and advertisements.
• Assist in organizing recruitment events or career fairs.
  Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in the final year of a Bachelor's program in sociology, human resources, psychology, or related fields.
• Mandatory internship as part of the academic curriculum is preferred.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).
• Available to work a minimum of 3 days per week.
• Preferably based in Istanbul.
