HR Specialist

Job Description

  • We are looking for HR Specialist who will be joining our exciting journey in organizational transformation and growth to global market by being main responsible for HR processes and team expansions with efficient sourcing and head-hunting activities. This candidate will be directly reporting to management of a board and to be very visible across all organization.
  • Responsibilities
  • Conducting recruitment and head hunting processes including job posting, sourcing talents, maintaining recruitment channels, making interviews with candidates and finalizing the procedures
  • Leading performance management system execution, organizing regular trainings and workshops for effective monitoring
  • Organizing internal trainings and tracking the employees’ qualifications
  • Reviewing the organizational structure quarterly basis and analyzing/managing promotions, salary structure, etc. in terms of HR point of view with partnership of the management board
  • Monitoring internal procedures to maintain labor management
  • Increasing efficiency of internal communications
  • Tracking employee benefits such as absence, flex benefits etc.
  • Playing bridge role between employees and clients
  • Building strong communication with employees and managers
  • Creating culture to serve a strong employee retention

Candidate Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities, preferably Social Sciences, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or relevant fields
  • Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English
  • Experience in Information Technology field is a plus
  • Experience in working Software or Technology Company or familiarity with IT workforce profiles is a plus
  • Having minimum 3 years of experience in HR department with a similar job description
  • Experience in a headhunting or consulting company is a plus
  • Able to demonstrate involvement in any of the stages of Human Resources
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills that builds effective trustable relations and partnership
  • Ability to handle pressure and work towards challenging deadlines
